Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items (clearance, customized products) are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@shopingpoint.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for free return
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after refund approval.
