Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items (clearance, customized products) are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shopingpoint.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for free return

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after refund approval.
